As a US company, we are not responsible for collection of, nor payment of, this fee, if any. Canadian  buyers assume all responsibility for payment of these fees.

However, should the buyer refuse or fail to pay any such fees to the carrier/brokerage firm, and we are subsequently charged said fees by the carrier, we will then charge those fees, plus a $15 collection fee to the original credit card used for payment.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not make a purchase. Otherwise, purchase will constitute a de-facto agreement to these terms.
